Joseph Green is a veteran law enforcement officer who has served since 2002. With more than two decades of experience, he has dedicated his career not only to public service but also to training the next generation of officers and responsible citizens. Joseph is passionate about teaching, and he takes pride in sharing the knowledge and skills he has gained throughout his career.

For over ten years, he has been the lead instructor in law enforcement training, developing and guiding officers in both foundational skills and advanced tactics. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy (MLEOTA), the state’s premier academy, where he continues to shape and influence professional training standards.

Joseph’s mission is simple: to equip others with the confidence, discipline, and skill to handle firearms safely, effectively, and responsibly.
